MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Demi, a writer with an MBA and RFP expert.
I started my career responding to RFPs at a Fortune 200 tech company. I led project teams of over 50 people to secure large RFPs, many of which were over $100M. I used my writing and people skills to showcase our expertise and highlight the unique benefits of our company–and then I trained my team on how to do this. I went on to replicate this at a consulting firm until I finished my MBA and set out to help small businesses.
The biggest eye opener for me was how few resources are available to smaller companies. Not just financial, but educational. I had learned from seasoned industry experts, which skyrocketed my ability to win RFPs. But many companies don’t have these experts, so they have to learn through trial and error–a process that can be time-consuming and demoralizing.
I made it my mission to fill in that gap for small businesses. Through training, consulting, and even quick one-hour sessions, I help B2B companies better understand and compete in the world of RFPs.
HOW WE DO IT
RFP Consulting helps you to understand your competitors, refine your unique position, and update your proposal content so you earn more points and win more RFPs.
Training refines the skills you need to write all aspects of a proposal–from executive summaries to technical proposals to storytelling and other persuasive writing techniques. We offer both on-demand courses and live training. We also take on a few corporate training projects each year.
Proposal Sessions give you direct access to our founder, Demi Utley, for one hour to ask any urgent questions, review a challenging section of your proposal, talk through your strategy, or anything else you need to cover in one hour.
Templates for anyone just getting started with proposals or RFPs. We also have templates for key review meetings if you are leading large proposal teams and need a clearer framework for keeping the team on track to create a winning strategy.
